An old friend introduced me to Kurt Halsey. Well, not directly to him, but to his work at least. I just recently revisited his website after years of absence. Suddenly it's no longer simply a store and a gallery. Now there's a blog, a twitter, an archive! Better graphics... and much more interaction between artist/viewer than before. It's nice to see positive change, but there's a part of me that suddenly realizes how different things were just two or three years ago. His style is still extremely recognizable. Among many others, I would use the word endearing.
