Photographing my art is my least favorite thing to do. Possibly ever. The lighting is never right, the wind is always blowing the wrong way, and everything always needs touching up. Especially those pesky charcoal drawings. And everything always looks so much more real (I know, duh) in person. The mask is so timid just sitting on my carpet, but in real life it's louder, more primitive, a little more raw.
